CEO Accendo Care Limited and Director National Health Service

• James Roach is an experienced      leader from the National Health Service in the UK and is also the CEO of      Accendo Care Limited in China.
• In the UK, James is leading the      development of Integrated Care Systems in the National Health Service and      in China his company Accendo Care Limited is working with identified      health systems in China to develop primary care services and an integrated      health and care model.
• James has also led the UK wide      Clinical Innovation Programme for the National Pharmacy Association

James is particularly interested in the development of specialist services in community settings and enables models of early intervention and prevention to support the frail elderly model.
